1. Exploits and cheating:
   
   • Any use of glitches, duping, or trader manipulation is strictly prohibited.
   • Breaking this rule will result in a complete player wipe, including the bank.

         2. PvP and raiding:

• PvP is not allowed, except for accidental encounters.
• Raiding is strictly prohibited.

         3. Account usage:

• The use of alternate accounts is not allowed.
• Loot cycling is prohibited.
• Scamming players during trades is not allowed.

         4. In-game conduct:

• Keep in-game chat related to the server.
• Threats of DDOS attacks will result in a ban.
• Do not take items that do not belong to you from vehicles or players, whether inside or outside trader safe zones.

         5. Support and assistance:

• Submit a support ticket for issues related to mods or in-game items.
• Permission from staff is required to use Staff only items.
• If you lose items due to a bug, submit a support ticket instead of asking staff members for replacements.

        6. Conflict resolution:

• Submit a support ticket to address issues with other members or staff.
• Avoid discussing such matters in-game.

1. Building Restrictions:
   
   • No building within 600m of a military base or compound.
   • No building within 1000m of any trader.
   • No building within 300m of any keycard/punched-card bunker.
   • No obstructing roadways with buildings.
   • No building on Skalisty Island.
   • No building in military zones.
   • Only Vanilla Gates and Cabins allowed. No Walls or Watchtowers permitted.
   • Excessive and unnecessary building will be deleted without notice.

        2. Base Limitations:

• One base per person or one person per cabin.
• Requests for cohabitation can be made through a support ticket on Discord. Group requests are closely monitored due to base item stacking restrictions.
• No clan bases allowed.
• Bases must be at least 200 meters apart to reduce lag.

        3. Staff Intervention:

• Bases that negatively impact server performance are subject to staff alteration.
• If more than one base item is found, it will be deleted without warning to maintain server stability and performance.

        4. Building Requirements:

• To build, players must place a flagpole and claim the territory.
• Players are limited to one of each base item for improved server stability and performance.

1. Vehicle Usage:
   
   • Driving and flying vehicles is at your own risk.
   • Vehicles left unattended are subject to deletion.
   • Vehicle lifetimes are set to 2 days. After 2 days, the server will automatically despawn vehicles without reimbursement.

          2. Special Circumstances:

• In certain cases, special circumstances may arise after the 2-day limit, which will be considered for possible reimbursement.

         3.Vehicle Storage:

• Pack your vehicle or store it in a garage. This is mandatory.
• Vehicles must not be left at the trader.

        4. Vehicle Ownership:

• Each player is allowed a maximum of 10 vehicles to maintain server performance.
• Utilize garages at traders or pack your vehicles accordingly.

         5. Vehicle Placement:

• Placing your vehicle against a wall or object may cause it to bug. Take caution.

         6. Vehicle Theft:

• Stealing vehicles or the items inside them is strictly prohibited.

         7. Vehicle Support:

• If you lose or ruin your vehicle due to a major bug, please submit a vehicle support ticket.
• Refunds for vehicles are not guaranteed.
